Kmart stores nationwide reward savvy shoppers who are taking advantage of the 27 shopping days between Thanksgiving and Christmas with Kmart's best values, layaway, double coupons and its extended hours to celebrate 'Black Friday' -- the ceremonial kick-off to the holiday shopping season.

Kmart and Sony Music partner on Nov. 29 to provide customers with the opportunity to receive a free copy of a Kmart Exclusive Holiday CD entitled, "This Season Shine: Songs of the Season." Available at participating Kmart stores, the CD includes Christmas Songs from popular artists, including Chris Brown, Gavin DeGraw, Heather Headley, Marc Anthony and John Legend. The free CDs will be distributed beginning at 1:00 p.m. in participating stores, while supplies last.

To continue the holiday savings, Kmart's Double Coupon Event keeps cash in shopper's pockets with double the savings. From Nov. 30 to Dec. 6, smart shoppers can bring in manufacturers' coupons and Kmart will double the face value -- up to $2.00. Some restrictions apply. See store for details.
