Kmart Announces Executive Resignation
TROY, Mich., April 24 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- Kmart Corporation (NYSE: KM) today announced that Chief Marketing Officer Brent Willis has decided to leave Kmart for personal reasons effective May 7. With his departure the marketing and advertising departments will report to Mark Schwartz, Kmart President and COO.
