Kmart and Viacom Outdoor Unveil New Kmart Billboards in Metro Detroit

  WHAT:  Viacom Outdoor, a local outdoor advertising company, will be
         installing billboards throughout metro Detroit in support of Kmart
         Corporation.  Viacom donated 10 billboards to the company as a show
         of community support as Kmart reorganizes under Chapter 11.

         Kmart and Viacom executives will be available for interviews near
         the billboard on the east side of Woodward just south of Eight Mile
         Road with clear visuals of the billboard from that location.

  WHEN:  Wednesday, Feb. 13
         10:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

 WHERE:  The billboard is located on the Southeast corner of the Eight Mile
         Road and Woodward Avenue intersection in Detroit.

         Parking is available on Winchester (a side street located on the
         east side of Woodward, just south of Eight Mile Road.)
