Sears Webcasts Analyst Conference Call on January 16

Sears, Roebuck and Co. (NYSE: S) will webcast its analyst conference call discussing the company's fourth quarter earnings on January 16, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Central/10:30 a.m. Eastern time.

The presentation will be webcast live over the Internet at http://www.sears.com/investors . From the Investor Relations page, select "Events and Webcasts." A replay of the presentation will be available on the Web site for approximately one week.
