Sears to Webcast Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Sears, Roebuck and Co. (NYSE: S) is scheduled to webcast the company's 2004 Annual Meeting of Shareholders live, beginning at 11:30 a.m. EDT/10:30 a.m. CDT on Thursday, May 13.
