New Day Your Way program to reward those who shape up and get healthy in 2007
The beginning of a new year means getting serious about those annual resolutions, and for many, that means slimming down. Kmart is helping customers with the "New Day, Your Way" program, a health, beauty and weight loss contest and advice laden website that rewards customers as they reach their optimum weights. Kmart customers who reach their weight loss goals are rewarded with free or discounted product offers.
Customers can visit http://www.kmart.com/yourway to register for the New Day, Your Way program. The site offers helpful weight loss tips, beauty and fitness advice and products. In addition the site provides money saving coupon rewards for health and beauty products for those that reach their personal weight loss goals.

"The 'New Day, Your Way' program does not mandate specific weight loss regimens, rather it encourages our customers to stay on track by providing rewards throughout their weight loss journeys. To register for the contest, customers need to complete an online questionnaire and 50-word essay about their efforts to lose weight. Ten contestants in each of the markets listed above will be selected to participate in a 16-week weight loss competition. Contestants will receive free product rewards from Kmart as they reach their specified bi-weekly weight milestones. At the end of the 16-week program, one finalist in each of the 19 markets will be selected to receive a $100 Kmart gift card and be eligible for the grand prize. The grand prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize, a total beauty makeover in New York City, $1,000 Kmart Gift Card, a treadmill and a three-year membership to Bally's Total Fitness.
