Sears Holdings Recognized for Leadership Excellence

SHC was recently named as a recipient of the 2016 Leadership Excellence Award for outstanding achievements in Leadership and Development programs in the areas of education, corporate and individuals. Retail Leadership and Development programs at both Kmart and Sears ranked fourth out of 10 in the nation in the category of “Top Store Management Program.”

The Leadership Awards salute the world’s top leadership practitioners and programs, and highlights their roles in developing their associates. For more than 33 years, Leadership Excellence, now a part of HR.com, has identified and recognized the top leadership organizations and their strategies and solutions in a yearly ranking by appropriate category.
