Sears Holdings is ranked as the top broadline retailer in the Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption - 2012

Rankings are determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits, e.g., financial reimbursement and paid leave available to employees that adopt. The Foundation compiled the results from survey data collected from nearly 500 U.S. employers. The release of the sixth annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List helps the Foundation increase foster care adoption awareness while celebrating those businesses that support adoptive families.
