Lands’ End Named a Top Ten Retailer for Customer Service

Lands' End was named one of the top ten retailers for customer service by shoppers in the National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation/American Express Customers' Choice survey for the sixth consecutive year. The final ranking of each retailer will be announced on Jan. 17, 2012, at the NRF's 101st Annual Convention and Expo. The NRF Foundation/American Express 2011 Customer Service survey was designed to gauge consumer attitudes toward retailers' customer service and to provide a listing of the top customer service retailers. The survey, which polled 9,374 consumers, was conducted by consumer marketing intelligence firm BIGresearch from September 6 -14, 2011.
