Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) - 2011

This is the seventh year that Sears Holdings has received a perfect score on the HRC Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. This year's edition of the Corporate Equality Index rated 636 businesses on a scale from zero to 100 percent in the areas of equal employment opportunity, employee benefits, organizational LGBT competency, public commitment and responsible citizenship.
