Human Rights Campaign (HRC) 2014 Corporate Equality Index (CEI)

This is the ninth year that Sears Holdings has scored 100 percent on the HRC Foundation's 2014 Corporate Equality Index. The perfect score is a testament to the company's commitment to equality through programs that reinforce inclusiveness of all associates and an understanding that diversity is a key business imperative. The Corporate Equality Index score is based on an analysis and rating of 737 businesses and their policies and practices pertinent to LGBT associates e.g., equal employment opportunity, benefits and associate networks to name a few.
