Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index - 2011

For seven years in a row, Sears Holdings has scored 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. The score is based on an analysis and rating of 618 businesses and their policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender associates i.e., equal employment opportunity, benefits and associate networks to name a few. Since 2008, the company has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality by HRC.
